  • Measure distance between nodes
  • 1. download and unzip the keyword file bounce.k
  • 2. in LS-PrePost, load the keyword file using File → Open → LS-Dyna Keyword
  • 3. go to Page 1: Measur (see Figure 1)
  • 4. select “length” from the list
  • 5. click on node ID 3 in the graphics window
  • 6. click on node ID 20 in the graphics window (see Figure 2)
  • 7. note the output in the Last Command Field: “dx=0 dy=-101 dz=0 dist=101”
  • 8. click Clear
