  • 3. Generate HIC plot
  • go to Page 1: ASCII
  • select “nodout *” from the top list
  • click Load

  • select “1” from the middle list

  • select “14-hic36” from the bottom list (see Figure 3)
  • click Plot (see Figure 4)
  • click Quit
